It uses waste to produce heat energy which common solid waste to convert into ash. In a matter of hours & after recovery of process metals received like Gold, Silver, Platinum & other valuable metals.

Ash Generated will be collection into bottom of S. S. Tray throughout cycle of process.

This furnace mainly uses for solid waste only do not load explosive & wet Waste / Garbage.
After loading part keep door close during the process.

In a old traditional method small micro mini invisible parts of very precious metals was evaporate (means indirectly loss) that loss on recovery is possible in this Garbage burning Furnace.

ELECTRIC DUST BURNOUT FURNACE

Electric dust burnout furnace is used for jewelry industry to Fulfills all requirements of burning dust like filling, setting, polishing, sweeping and settling tank also.
For best result &uniform heating in chamber, we used heavy grade of stainless steel maffle.
We used different types of heating elements system for proper heating in dust burnout furnace.
Burning dust with no movement so it gets best result.
Over heating protection for safety is providing in our furnace.
To saved electricity consumption and conserve energy and to prevent heat loss we used with the help of various type of heating insulation and durable ceramic in our furnace.
To get superior result of dust burning, we used unique design for proper air inlet and air outlet in our furnace.
For fumes extraction we provide stainless steel chimney in top of machine.

GAS DUST BURNOUT FURNACE

Gas Dust Burnout Furnace aims to burn dust of jewelry scrap. The controlled temperature of furnace completely burns all types of dust like Filing, Setting, Polishing, settling dust and etc.
This furnace is design to consume gas instead of costly electricity.
This control panel has facility for automatic flame. Dust will be burned in highly quality of stainless-steel trays.
Effective fumes extraction with specially designed chimney.
During the first time the operating machine it will take approximate 2 hours and subsequently less than 1 hour.
