CAD BURNOUT FURNACE

Cad Burnout furnace is highly recommended for all types of RPT, 3D, WAX Resins types of cad pieces.
These types of Cad furnace will have heavy duty heating insulation for operating at 900°C.
This type of furnace has 4 sides heating elements along with optional bottom heating elements also provide in necessary, which gives uniform heating into the chamber.
To saves electricity we used multiple layers of different grade of heating insulation for minimized heat lost.
Furnace has by default De-waxing tray as the bottom of the furnace which can easily remove out hot wax from the flask and this will help reducing carbon particle into chamber.
The control panel consist of touch screen LCD type PID which will have 5 programs of 16 steps with 99 Hrs. delay time facility. It also has safely temperature controller along with phase failure phase reversal, over voltage and under voltage protection.

ROTATING BURNOUT FURNACE

This furnace specially designs for to manufacturing superior quality of jewellery and even for mass production of jewellery manufacturing.

In this furnace revolving flask table with circular round chamber so that to get best result in quality casting jewellery.
Chamber is made by stainless steel to protect from damage heating elements & carbon deposits.
This increases the life of heating elements.
Fast cooling system can help furnace can be cooled to 100° C in just 2 hours.So, furnace is quickly ready for next casting cycle.
We have used high quality of electronic SSR control panel with LED touch type. PID controller with 5 programmes,16 steps along with 99 hours delay programme facility
Thermocouple used in furnace is safe & reliable for stone casting monitoring of temperature.
So valuable precious stones are not overheated.
This furnace has a small door
- It saves electricity consumption.
- In operating system, heat exposed to operator is very low.
De-waxing module is Incorporated at the bottom.

PLATINUM BURNOUT FURNACE

Platinum Burnout Furnace is use for casting of platinum jewelry.
The Platinum Burnout Furnace will have open type heating element which gives maximum heating into the chamber.
The Platinum Burnout Furnace will have heavy duty heating insulation for operating 950°C. This type of furnace has 4 side along with optional bottom heating elements. AIR CIRCULATION BURNOUT ELECTRIC FURNACE

Air Circulating Burnout Furnace are more suitable for Diamond wax setting type of jewellery
This furnace has S.S.Air circulation fan which rotate hot air into the chamber forcefully thus it makes uniform heating into the chamber.
Air Circulation Burnout Furnace has S.S. muffle which helps in spreading uniform heating into the chamber and it also protect heating elements from damage by flask.
This furnace has by default De-waxing tray as the bottom of the furnace which can easily flow out hot liquid wax from the chamber which came from flask and this will help reducing carbon particles from the chamber.
This type of furnace comes with 3 side heating elements along with optional bottom heating element.
This furnace has multiple layers of heating insulation which in terms saves heat loss and it will reduce in electricity bill.
