    DESCRIPTION OF FURNACE

    GENERAL :- The furnace casing shall be manufactured from MS. square pipe, Angle & CRC Sheet along with S.S. Air circulating Fan & S.S conical shapes plate at the base of furnace. The flask will be rest on 1 no. S.S. Jali & 1 no. Wax collecting tray will be provided below the furnace.

    PAINTING :- The furnace painting will be powder coating as required by you.

    Bottom :
    Cold face & Hot face Insulation bricks.
    Side & Back walls : Hasil block, Ceramic fiber, jipsum board backed by Graded insulation with Ceramic Tube for Elements.
    Door : Hot face Insulation bricks & Ceramic fiber Board, Backed by graded Insulation.
    Top : Ceramic fiberboard & Ceramic blankets.

    HEATING ELEMENTS :-
    The Element will be coil type construction made from suitable dia of required SWG of Nicrom wire.
